Summary: You can delete your Moontales account and associated data either in the app (if your version supports it) or by emailing our support team. A parent or legal guardian may also request deletion of a child’s information tied to the account.
If your version of Moontales includes in-app deletion, follow these steps:
Email us at support@moontales.app from the email address associated with your Moontales account.

When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account. This may include:
Deleting your Moontales account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
To cancel, go to: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Moontales → Cancel Subscription.
If you delete the app or your account, your subscription can still remain active until you cancel it in Apple Subscriptions.
If you enabled Personal Voice (Plus/Premium), you can delete it anytime inside the app in Settings → Personal Voice (or the Personal Voice section of Settings, depending on your version).
Deleting it removes the stored voice ID from your account. You may need to record again if you want to recreate a Personal Voice in the future.
